At FEEPO, we are dedicated to raising the game of women’s rugby players at all levels, from grassroots to elite, through education, training programs, and skill development.
We focus on improving performance, reducing injury risks, and fostering a strong, supportive community for women and girls in rugby.
We are passionate about increasing awareness of strength and conditioning principles, ensuring that female players—especially at the grassroots level—have access to the knowledge and training they need to build resilience, enhance performance, and enjoy longevity in the sport.
FITNESS TESTING for your team this preseason

FEEPO offers initial baseline fitness testing for teams, with the option to complete follow-up fitness testing eight-twelve weeks later.

Depending on the equipment available, whether gym facilities or access to a rugby pitch, we can conduct strength testing, speed testing, and aerobic fitness assessments.

After fitness testing, FEEPO can provide a tailored training programme directly linked to your team’s specific work-ons, available at an additional cost.

Remote Training

Remote training takes your training one step further, giving you the push to train from anywhere and receive guidance that’s tailored to your individual needs.
