WHAT IS STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING?

Strength and Conditioning (S&C) implements training strategies into sporting environments to improve the performance of athletes and teams.

This is not the same as ‘working out.’

Through structuring training around the rugby season and the athlete’s specific goals, we can improve performance now and long term.
