How it works…

Training Program

Your training program will be delivered on TrainHeroic - an app which makes it easy and effective to work together on your journey.

Your daily sessions, progressions, video demos, and working targets will all be on here. Sessions are uploaded for the whole month so you can plan your training around your schedule. You’ll get a new program every month.


Monthly Check-ins

Monthly check-ins will take place over ZOOM.

We’ll use this time to set goals, discuss how training is going, and go through any exercise techniques you’re not sure about.

This touch point is really important for your progress and keeping you on track with training.

Health Monitoring

We use the app for your health and fatigue monitoring too.

We track your resting heart rate, sleep quality, sleep length, mood, and menstrual cycle markers to keep you performing at the top of your game.

This information tells us how well you are tolerating training and whether we need to tweak anything to help keep you progressing.


Nutrition Advice

We provide you with guidelines on your nutrition, specifically around your macronutrients and supplements that will support your training and recovery, whilst helping you achieve your goals.

What is Menstrual Cycle Tracking?

The menstrual cycle is a key factor in program design for the female rugby players we coach.

Your training can be planned around your cycle to optimise adaptations, mitigate preventable injuries and manage energy levels.

How do we do this?
Tracking your cycle length, pms symptoms, mood, sleep, energy levels, muscle soreness, and motivation to train.

This way, you’ll know your training load and intensity are right for you and we can keep you performing at your best every day of the month.
