Here’s 3 speed drills every female rugby player needs to know if they want to see improvements in their running efficiency and speed.

They improve your running technique by activating the muscle groups you use when you run at top speed and by practicing the postures needed to get stronger in these positions.

Take your time learning the drills through repetition. Incorporate them into your running sessions and club training warm ups for best carry-over to performance.
