The ultimate back and arms session

This session is for any athlete looking to build strength and size in their back and upper body.

Some pointers:

  • Complete a thorough upper body warm up before starting this one.

  • Complete 2-3 warm up sets on exercises A and B

  • Rest for 90-120s between sets

  • Lift maximally (can’t complete another rep)
