High speed running conditioning

Here’s a high speed conditioning session to improve your repeated speed ability and develop your running load.

This session is suitable for all levels and we’ve provided some target times as a guide. If you’d prefer to set your own target times then great! The running intensity you’re aiming for throughout this session is between 85-90% - this is in order to utilise your BOOST and BREEZE energy systems.
